The vegetarian recipe for Steamed Tofu with Dong Quai and Goji Berries:

Ingredients

  • 3 blocks soft tofu
  • 5 pieces Dong Quai
  • 20 goji berries/wolfberries
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Method

  1. Lay tofu blocks on a steaming plate and top with Dong Quai pieces plus goji berries.
  2. Sprinkle water, vegetable oil, salt and soy sauce over; steam for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove and serve.
