The vegetarian recipe for Vegan Hash Browns:
servings – 4
- 3 potatoes (steam, peel and mash)
- 1 tbsp self-rising flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Combine mashed potatoes, self-rising flour, wheat flour and salt.
- Form into hash brown shapes and coat in wheat germ.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Dish out and drain.
- May serve with Vegan Mayonnaise.
