The vegetarian recipe for Simmered Wood Ear Mushroom in Mushroom Sauce:
- 4 wood ear mushrooms (soak in water until soft and cut into small pieces)
- 6 vegetarian fish balls (cut in half)
- 1/2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Heat oil, add wood ear mushrooms, vegetarian fish balls and adequate water.
- Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Add vegetarian oyster sauce and salt.
- Stir evenly and serve.
