Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed coconut
  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients and seasonings above, mix well, divide into approximately 20 small portions and form ovoid shapes.
  • Heat up oil, fry over low heat until golden brown, dish out, drain and serve.
