The vegetarian recipe for Sesame Rice Balls:

- 1 cup calrose rice/sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup roasted white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt to taste
- Place calrose rice and water in the rice cooker and cook.
- When the rice is ready, dish out and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add butter and salt; mix evenly.
- Roll into balls and coat in white sesame seeds.
