The vegetarian recipe for Ground Flax Seeds and Cheese Dressing:

- 1/2 cup golden flax seeds (soak in water overnight and drain)
- 5 portions or 80 g soft cheese – suitable for vegetarians
- 1 1/2 cup water
- salt to taste
- Place the golden flax seeds and water in the blender; pulse until fine.
- Gently pour the flax seed puree in a pan.
- Add soft cheese and salt.
- Stir evenly and bring to a boil.
