The vegetarian recipe for Ground Flax Seeds and Cheese Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup golden flax seeds (soak in water overnight and drain)
  • 5 portions or 80 g soft cheese – suitable for vegetarians
  • 1 1/2 cup water


  • salt to taste


  • Place the golden flax seeds and water in the blender; pulse until fine.
  • Gently pour the flax seed puree in a pan.
  • Add soft cheese and salt.
  • Stir evenly and bring to a boil.
  • Serve.
