The vegetarian recipe for Mung Bean and Coix Seed Porridge:

- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/4 cup mung beans
- 1/4 cup coix seeds/Job’s Tears
- 5 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook until the porridge begins to thicken.
- Add salt and stir well.
