Ingredients

  • 1/2 radish (cut into round slices)
  • 1/2 loaf of vegetarian ham (cut into half round slices)

Seasonings

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of oil (stir-fry and set aside)

Method

  • Lay one slice of vegetarian ham in between the radish slices.
  • Sprinkle over with stir-fried oil + 1/2 cup of water + salt + vegetarian seasoning.
  • Steam for half an hour and serve.
