- 1 cup of wholemeal flour
- 1 cup of self-rising flour
- 2 tablespoons of cornmeal
- 1/2 cup of wheat flakes
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Combine all ingredients + seasonings + water (adequate) and mix into a dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions.
- Roll and shape into round buns.
- Then, place into a baking tray and leave aside for 20 minutes.
- Lastly, put in the oven and bake at 160°c for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with blueberry jam.
