The vegetarian recipe for Flax Seed Pancakes:

- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 1 tbsp golden flax seeds (grind)
- 3/4 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- In a mixing bowl, stir to combine all the ingredients and seasonings.
- Ladle 1/4 cup batter into a non-stick pan, pan-fry both sides over low heat until golden brown, remove and set aside.
- Repeat step 2 until all the batter is used up.
- Serve with honey.
