The vegetarian recipe for Radish Slices and Kelp Braised in Balsamic Vinegar:

- 250 g radish (slice)
- 1 piece kelp (soak in water until soft and cut into strips)
- 8 slices ginger (pound)
- 5 cups water
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Heat oil, briefly saute ginger until fragrant and place it in a pot.
- Add radish slices, kelp, water and balsamic vinegar.
- Braise over low heat for about 1/2 hour.
- Add brown sugar and cook until it dissolves.
