The vegetarian recipe for Tomato Cup Salad:

  • 4 tomatoes (cut the tops off; scoop out the pulp, place it in a mixing bowl and set the tomato shells aside)
  • 1/2 cucumber (dice)
  • 2 slices cheese – suitable for vegetarians (finely chop)


  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce


  1. In the mixing bowl, mix tomato pulp with cucumber, cheese and tomato sauce.
  2. Stuff the above filling into the tomato shells.
  3. Serve.
