The vegetarian recipe for Tomato Cup Salad:
servings – 2
- 4 tomatoes (cut the tops off; scoop out the pulp, place it in a mixing bowl and set the tomato shells aside)
- 1/2 cucumber (dice)
- 2 slices cheese – suitable for vegetarians (finely chop)
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- In the mixing bowl, mix tomato pulp with cucumber, cheese and tomato sauce.
- Stuff the above filling into the tomato shells.
