The vegetarian recipe for ‘Dried Chili Sauce’:
- 1/2 kg of dried chilies (wash, simmer in hot water until soft, dish out and set aside)
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Place cooked dried chilies + salt + sugar + water (adequate) into a blender.
- Puree until smooth and fine.
- Heat oil and gently pour the chili puree into the pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Dish out and serve.
