  • 1 tin sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water


  1. Place the tinned sweet corn, coconut milk, sugar and water in a pot.
  2. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  3. Let cool and pour the mixture into the popsicle molds.
  4. Freeze for about 2 hours before serving.
