The vegetarian recipe for ‘Snow Pear Soup’:
- 4 snow pears (peel, remove seeds and core, cut into small cubes and set aside)
- 8 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Place pears + water into a pot.
- Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Then, add sugar and stir well.
- Dish out and serve.
