The vegan recipe for Celery and Apple Soup:

- 6 apples (peel, core and cut into chunks)
- 2 stalks celery (cut into small sections)
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add apples and celery; simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Add salt and stir well.
- Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
