The vegetarian recipe for Easy Flax Seed Rice:

- 1 cups calrose rice/sushi rice
- 2 cups water
- 50 g vegetarian soft cheese
- 1/2 cup ground golden flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Place calrose rice and water in a rice cooker; turn on to cook.
- When the rice is ready, transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Add soft cheese and salt; stir to combine and let the rice cool down a little.
- Then, form the rice into rounds or ovals and coat with ground golden flax seeds.
