Easy Flax Seed Rice 亚麻籽芝士饭团

The vegetarian recipe for Easy Flax Seed Rice:

  • 1 cups calrose rice/sushi rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 50 g vegetarian soft cheese
  • 1/2 cup ground golden flax seeds


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Place calrose rice and water in a rice cooker; turn on to cook.
  2. When the rice is ready, transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add soft cheese and salt; stir to combine and let the rice cool down a little.
  4. Then, form the rice into rounds or ovals and coat with ground golden flax seeds.
  5. Serve.
