The vegan recipe for Easy Cabbage Soup:

  • 250 g Chinese cabbage or cabbage (cut into wide strips)
  • 6 shiitake mushrooms (soak in water until soft and slice)
  • 7 cups water


  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper powder to taste


  1. Saute shiitake mushrooms until fragrant and place them in a pot.
  2. Add water and Chinese cabbage; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and stir well.
  4. Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle black pepper powder over.
