The vegan recipe for Easy Cabbage Soup:

- 250 g Chinese cabbage or cabbage (cut into wide strips)
- 6 shiitake mushrooms (soak in water until soft and slice)
- 7 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper powder to taste
- Saute shiitake mushrooms until fragrant and place them in a pot.
- Add water and Chinese cabbage; bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and stir well.
- Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle black pepper powder over.
