- 10 winged beans (slice)
- 2 tablespoon of soya mince (stir-fry, dish out and set aside)
- 3 fresh chilies (slice)
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Stir-fry winged bean slices + chili slices + salt + vegetarian seasoning.
- Add stir-fried soy mince and saute.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water, cover the pan, briefly simmer, dish out and serve.
