The vegan recipe for Organic Tahini:
servings – 1 cup
- 1/2 cup organic white sesame seeds (stir-fry without oil until fragrant and grind into fine powder)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Heat vegetable oil, add organic white sesame seed powder and stir-frt until fragrant.
- Add water and sea salt; stir well and cook until fragrant.
- Remove, let cool and serve.
