How to make Chinese salted vegetables (the speedy way):

Ingredients
- 500 g mustard greens
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Seasonings
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Method
- Heat vegetable oil, add mustard greens and stir until fragrant.
- Add salt, sugar, rice vinegar and turmeric powder; stir until fully absorbed.
- Remove and serve.
