The vegetarian recipe for Mashed Tofu and Tomatoes:

servings – 1 rice bowl


  • 2 blocks tofu (mash)
  • 1 1/2 tomatoes (dice)
  • 1 tbsp ground golden flax seeds


  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder


  1. Place all the ingredients and seasonings in a pan.
  2. Sprinkle some vegetable oil over and stir to mix well.
  3. Then, saute over low heat until fragrant.
  4. Remove, place in a rice bowl, gently press with a spoon and transfer to a plate.
  5. Enjoy!
