The vegetarian recipe for Mashed Tofu and Tomatoes:
servings – 1 rice bowl
- 2 blocks tofu (mash)
- 1 1/2 tomatoes (dice)
- 1 tbsp ground golden flax seeds
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- Place all the ingredients and seasonings in a pan.
- Sprinkle some vegetable oil over and stir to mix well.
- Then, saute over low heat until fragrant.
- Remove, place in a rice bowl, gently press with a spoon and transfer to a plate.
