- 1/2 kilogram of baby Bok Choy/small Chinese cabbage (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 1/2 cup of shiitake (soak in water until soft and slice)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- Heat up oil, saute sliced shiitake, followed by Bok Choy pieces.
- Add salt, cover the pan and briefly simmer.
- Add soy sauce and saute.
- Add some water, saute, dish out and serve.
