• 1/2 kilogram of baby Bok Choy/small Chinese cabbage (cut into 2-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 cup of shiitake (soak in water until soft and slice)


  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce


  • Heat up oil, saute sliced shiitake, followed by Bok Choy pieces.
  • Add salt, cover the pan and briefly simmer.
  • Add soy sauce and saute.
  • Add some water, saute, dish out and serve.
