- 450 g beetroot (peel and thinly slice)
- 1 cup tapioca starch
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Coat the beet slices with salt.
- Heat vegetable oil.
- Coat the beet slices with tapioca starch and fry in hot oil until both sides of the chips become golden brown.
- Remove, drain and serve.
