  • 450 g beetroot (peel and thinly slice)
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

Seasonings

  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Coat the beet slices with salt.
  2. Heat vegetable oil.
  3. Coat the beet slices with tapioca starch and fry in hot oil until both sides of the chips become golden brown.
  4. Remove, drain and serve.
