The vegan recipe for Fried Sweet Potato Slices:

Ingredients
- 250 g sweet potatoes (peel and slice)
 - 1 cup wheat flour
 - 1 tbsp rice flour
 - adequate water
 
Seasonings
- 1/4 tsp salt
 
Method
- Combine wheat flour, rice flour, water and salt; stir to form a smooth batter.
 - Coat sweet potatoes slices in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
