The vegan recipe for Green Bean Omelette:

Ingredients

  • 15 green beans (slice into thin pieces)
  • 1 tbsp golden flax seed powder
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp salt

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and seasonings.
  2. Ladle 1/2 cup batter into a non-stick pan, make a round shape, pan-fry both sides over low heat until golden brown, remove and set on a plate; repeat this step until all the batter is used up.
