The vegan recipe for Apple, Celery and Carrot Juice:
servings – 3 to 4
- 2 apples (cut into chunks)
- 2 stalks celery (cut into small sections)
- 1 carrot (cut into small sections)
- 1 1/2 cups cool boiled water
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Then, strain the juice, pour into serving glasses and rub some salt on the rim of the glasses.
