The vegan recipe for Apple, Celery and Carrot Juice:

servings – 3 to 4


  • 2 apples (cut into chunks)
  • 2 stalks celery (cut into small sections)
  • 1 carrot (cut into small sections)
  • 1 1/2 cups cool boiled water


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Then, strain the juice, pour into serving glasses and rub some salt on the rim of the glasses.
  3. Enjoy!
