The vegetarian recipe for Potatoes with Mixed Spices:

- 3 potatoes (peel, cut into cubes and steam until tender)
- 1 tsp mixed spices
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Heat oil and saute mixed spices plus chili powder until fragrant.
- Add water, potatoes, tomato sauce, salt and sugar.
- Stir evenly, cook until boiling and remove.
- May serve with Wholemeal Tortillas.
