The vegetarian recipe for Potatoes with Mixed Spices:

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes (peel, cut into cubes and steam until tender)
  • 1 tsp mixed spices
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Seasonings

  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Heat oil and saute mixed spices plus chili powder until fragrant.
  2. Add water, potatoes, tomato sauce, salt and sugar.
  3. Stir evenly, cook until boiling and remove.
  4. May serve with Wholemeal Tortillas.
