The vegetarian recipe for Sticky Cake Lollipops:

servings – 10 sticky cake lollipops


  • 1 or 250 g sticky cake/Chinese New Year’s cake (steam until softened)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut or roasted white sesame seeds


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • Mix shredded coconut and salt.
  • Use small forks to gently pull and roll up the sticky cake.
  • Coat in salted shredded coconut.
  • Serve.
