- 1 or 250 g sticky cake/Chinese New Year’s cake (steam until softened)
- 1 cup shredded coconut or roasted white sesame seeds
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Mix shredded coconut and salt.
- Use small forks to gently pull and roll up the sticky cake.
- Coat in salted shredded coconut.
