- 2 sweet corns (cut into round pieces)
- 12 red dates
- 1/2 kudzu root (cut into small cubes)
- 1/2 carrot (dice)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Prepare 1/2 pot of water, add sweet corn pieces + red dates + kudzu root cubes + diced carrot into the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
- Add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
