The vegetarian recipe for Snow Pear and Snow Mushroom Dessert Soup:
servings – 8
- 4 snow pears (peel, remove seeds and core and cut into small cubes)
- 1 snow mushroom/silver ear mushroom (soak in water until soft and tear into small pieces)
- 10 cups water
- Place water in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add snow pears and snow mushroom.
- Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
- Dish out and serve.
