The vegetarian recipe for Snow Pear and Snow Mushroom Dessert Soup:

  • 4 snow pears (peel, remove seeds and core and cut into small cubes)
  • 1 snow mushroom/silver ear mushroom (soak in water until soft and tear into small pieces)
  • 10 cups water


  • Place water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add snow pears and snow mushroom.
  • Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
  • Dish out and serve.
