Ingredients
- 1 small yam bean (cut into fine strips)
- 1 carrot (cut into fine strips)
- 6 shiitakes (soak in water until soft and cut into fine strips)
Seasonings
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
Method
- Firstly, stir-fry shiitake strips.
- Then, add yam bean strips + carrot strips, cover the pan and simmer for a while.
- Add salt + sugar + soy sauce + white pepper powder and stir-fry.
- Add some water, cover the pan, briefly simmer, dish out and serve.
