Fried Pumpkin and Coriander Balls 南瓜香菜炸丸

The Vegan Recipe for Fried Pumpkin and Coriander Balls:

  • 250 g pumpkin (steam until soft, take the flesh and let cool)
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 3 stalks coriander (dice)


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. First, combine the pumpkin flesh and rice flour.
  2. Then add coriander and salt; mix evenly.
  3. Make the dough into balls and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Remove, drain and serve.
