Tofu, Nori and Miso Soup 豆腐紫菜味噌汤

The vegan recipe for Tofu, Nori and Miso Soup:

servings – 3


  • 1 block tofu (cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 cup raw nori pieces
  • 2 slices fresh ginger (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cups water


  • 1 tbsp miso


  1. Heat vegetable oil and saute ginger strips until fragrant.
  2. Transfer the oil and ginger into a pot.
  3. Add water, tofu, raw nori and miso.
  4. Bring to a boil, stir well and briefly simmer.
  5. Ladle into soup bowls and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
