- 2 pieces of bean curd (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 cup of salted vegetable (cut into strips)
- 1 small portion of ginger (flatten)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning
- Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil.
- Add bean curd cubes + salted vegetable strips + flattened ginger.
- Simmer for one hour.
- Add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
