Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of bean curd (cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 cup of salted vegetable (cut into strips)
  • 1 small portion of ginger (flatten)

Seasonings

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vegetarian seasoning

Method

  • Bring 1/2 pot of water to a boil.
  • Add bean curd cubes + salted vegetable strips + flattened ginger.
  • Simmer for one hour.
  • Add salt + vegetarian seasoning, briefly cook and serve.
