The vegan recipe for Sesame Crusted Sticky Rice Cakes:
10 pieces fried sticky rice cakes
- 10 pieces sticky rice cakes
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Combine wheat flour, rice flour, ground white sesame seeds, salt and water; stir until a smooth batter is formed.
- Coat the sticky rice cakes in the batter and fry them in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
- Remove, drain and serve.
