Lettuce and Cheese Sauce 莴苣芝士酱

The vegetarian recipe for Lettuce and Cheese Sauce:

Ingredients

  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices vegetarian cheese
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Place lettuce, cheese slices and water in a blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the puree into a pan.
  3. Add corn starch and salt.
  4. Stir evenly and bring to a boil.
  5. Remove and serve with toast.
  6. Enjoy!
