The vegan recipe for Cornmeal Nuggets:
servings – 4
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cornmeal
 - 2 tbsp wheat germ
 - 1/2 cup wheat flour
 - 1/2 cup self-rising flour
 - adequate water
 
Seasonings
- 1 tsp salt
 - black pepper powder to taste
 
Method
- Combine all the ingredients and seasonings.
 - Form the mixture into nugget shapes.
 - Fry until golden brown, remove, drain and slice.
 - May dress with soy sauce or balsamic vinegar.
