  • 2 tomatoes (dice)
  • 1 tbsp ground golden flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Ladle 1/2 batter into a non-stick pan, make a round shape, pan-fry both sides over low heat until golden brown, remove and set on a plate; repeat.
