The vegan recipe for Fried Marinated Red Soy Meat:

Ingredients
- 20 textured vegetable protein/TVP cubes (soak in water until soft, remove and set aside)
- 1 tbsp red yeast rice paste
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
Method
- Mix TVP cubes with red yeast rice paste and sugar.
- Then marinate for 2 hours.
- Add wheat flour and mix well.
- Fry until crispy.
- Remove, drain and enjoy!
