The vegan recipe for Fried Marinated Red Soy Meat:

Ingredients

  • 20 textured vegetable protein/TVP cubes (soak in water until soft, remove and set aside)
  • 1 tbsp red yeast rice paste
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Mix TVP cubes with red yeast rice paste and sugar.
  2. Then marinate for 2 hours.
  3. Add wheat flour and mix well.
  4. Fry until crispy.
  5. Remove, drain and enjoy!
