servings – 1 cup frozen yogurt dots
- 1 cup strawberry (or your favorite flavor of) yogurt
- Lay a sheet of wax paper on a tray.
- Place the strawberry yogurt in a piping bag.
- Squeeze little dots on the wax paper.
- Freeze for about 2 hours.
- Remove and serve (or place in a container and store in the freezer for future serving).
