The vegetarian recipe for Frozen Yogurt Dots:

servings – 1 cup frozen yogurt dots


  • 1 cup strawberry (or your favorite flavor of) yogurt


  1. Lay a sheet of wax paper on a tray.
  2. Place the strawberry yogurt in a piping bag.
  3. Squeeze little dots on the wax paper.
  4. Freeze for about 2 hours.
  5. Remove and serve (or place in a container and store in the freezer for future serving).
  6. Enjoy!
