The vegetarian recipe for Vegan Kimchi Pancake:

  • 1 cup Vegan Kimchi (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Combine vegan kimchi, wheat flour and water.
  2. Heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Using a ladle, scoop out the above mixture (step 1) into the heated pan, spread to form a circle and pan-fry both sides until golden brown; repeat until all the mixture is used up.
  4. Drain and serve.
