The vegetarian recipe for Black Peppery Green Beans:

Ingredients

  • 12 green beans (cut in half)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp water

Seasonings

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil and briefly saute green beans.
  2. Add water, cover and simmer for 5 seconds.
  3. Add salt and ground black pepper and stir well.
  4. Dish out and serve.
