The vegetarian recipe for Black Peppery Green Beans:

- 12 green beans (cut in half)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- Heat oil and briefly saute green beans.
- Add water, cover and simmer for 5 seconds.
- Add salt and ground black pepper and stir well.
- Dish out and serve.
