The vegetarian recipe for Twinkle Twinkle Pumpkin Stars:

- 1 cup pumpkin cubes (steam until soft and mash)
- 1/2 cup roasted cashew nuts (grind)
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Combine pumpkin, wheat flour and salt.
- Flour a flat surface and flatten the pumpkin dough.
- Spread the ground cashew nuts on top and cut out pumpkin dough stars with a star-shape cutter.
- Heat oil and fry the pumpkin stars until golden brown.
- Dish out, drain and serve.
