The vegetarian recipe for Nutritional Macaroni Soup:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 4 shiitake mushrooms (soak in water until soft and slice)
  • 1/2 carrot (dice)
  • 1 cup pea sprouts
  • 4 cups water

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat oil, saute shiitake mushrooms until fragrant and place it in a pot.
  2. Add carrot and water and bring to a boil.
  3. Add macaroni and cook until tender.
  4. Add salt, nutritional yeast flakes, white pepper powder and pea sprouts.
  5. Stir evenly and briefly simmer.
  6. Serve.
