The vegetarian recipe for Nutritional Macaroni Soup:

- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 4 shiitake mushrooms (soak in water until soft and slice)
- 1/2 carrot (dice)
- 1 cup pea sprouts
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- Heat oil, saute shiitake mushrooms until fragrant and place it in a pot.
- Add carrot and water and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until tender.
- Add salt, nutritional yeast flakes, white pepper powder and pea sprouts.
- Stir evenly and briefly simmer.
