The vegetarian recipe for Durian Dessert Soup:
- 1 durian (take the flesh)
- 1 slice or 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar (crush)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 cups water
- Place durian flesh, water and palm sugar in a blender.
- Puree until smooth and fine.
- Gently pour the puree into a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.
- Add coconut milk and stir evenly.
