The vegetarian recipe for Durian Dessert Soup:


  • 1 durian (take the flesh)
  • 1 slice or 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar (crush)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 3 cups water


  • Place durian flesh, water and palm sugar in a blender.
  • Puree until smooth and fine.
  • Gently pour the puree into a pot and bring to a boil over low heat.
  • Add coconut milk and stir evenly.
  • Serve.
