The vegetarian recipe for Steamed Soft Tofu in Mushroom Sauce:

- 1 packet soft tofu (cut into large cubes)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- Lay soft tofu into a steaming plate and steam for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle over with vegetarian oyster sauce and vegetable oil.
