The vegetarian recipe for Vegetable Sauce:
servings – 4 to 6
- 160 g frozen mixed vegetables (defrost)
- 2 portions or 32 g soft cheese – suitable for vegetarians
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Place mixed vegetables, soft cheese, evaporated milk and water in a blender.
- Puree until smooth and fine.
- Gentle pour the puree into a pan, add salt and bring to a boil.
