The vegetarian recipe for Steamed Sweet Potato Cake Topped with Whipped Cream:
- 250 g sweet potatoes (steam, peel and mash)
- 1 cup instant oatmeal
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup water
- adequate whipped cream
- 1/2 cup fine sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients and seasonings.
- Mix evenly and divide into 12 portions.
- Place them in a greased muffin baking tray.
