The vegetarian recipe for Apple and Ground Cashew Nuts Milk Shake:
- 1 apple (peel, remove seeds and core; cut into cubes)
- 15 roasted cashew nuts (finely grind)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup cold or ice water
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- Place apple cubes, ground cashew nuts, evaporated milk, cold water and brown sugar into a blender; puree until smooth and fine.
- Gently pour the puree into a shaker or water bottle and shake for about 10 times.
