The vegetarian recipe for Apple and Ground Cashew Nuts Milk Shake:


  • 1 apple (peel, remove seeds and core; cut into cubes)
  • 15 roasted cashew nuts (finely grind)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup cold or ice water


  • 1 tsp brown sugar


  • Place apple cubes, ground cashew nuts, evaporated milk, cold water and brown sugar into a blender; puree until smooth and fine.
  • Gently pour the puree into a shaker or water bottle and shake for about 10 times.
  • Serve.
